Just like for Mac, Folder Actions for Windows will enable you to perform actions on files immediately after they were dropped in a folder. For example, a folder C:\folder1 can be set to copy any file that is dropped to it and moved or copied to some other folder (D:\folder2). The program has settings for automatic audio or video conversion, decompression of .zip files, etc.
